Harbourside Netball Centre - Centre Manager

Harbourside Netball Centre is seeking an exceptional person for the role of Centre Manager.

The position, reporting to the Harbourside Netball Centre Board, will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the business and giving direction and leadership towards the achievement of the Commercial, Strategic and Operational objectives set by the Board.

New Netball Team Ltd is a licensed Franchisee of the Northern Stars netball team currently participating in the Netball Elite League in New Zealand.

We are seeking a General Manager to move the organisation from start-up mode into leading, driving and managing Northern Stars as a financially successful franchise owner.

Working with the Board in developing strategy and direction, the General Manager will responsible for ensuring the organisation executes its strategy and business plan within a sound organisational and operational framework.

National Coaching Manager

This is a leadership role that requires strategic oversight of the NNZ’s Coach Development Framework to ensure Netball in New Zealand has the required number of appropriately qualified and skilled coaches throughout the coaching pathway from the foundation level through to High Performance. This includes oversight of the High Performance Coach Development Programme. Working across both community and high performance, the National Coaching Manager will ensure that coach development is aligned with the NNZ Whole of Netball Plan, High Performance Strategy and Community Netball plan. Of particular importance is ensuring alignment between player development and coaching pathways.
